When can I win again?
You and the members of your household are eligible to win after 30 days for daily prizes (less than $500). Prizes valued at $500-$999.00, you are eligible to win after 6 Months. Prizes valued at $1,000 or higher, you are eligible to win after 1 year.

How long do I have to pick up my prize?
You have 10 days to claim your prize from the date of your win. If you are not able to claim your prize within the 10-day time frame, please phone the receptionist and arrangements will be made to hold the prize for up to 1 extra week only. If you do not make an official arrangement with reception or promotions, your prize will be forfeited.
Please ensure that you always call reception at (613) 241-9850 to make sure your prize is available at the time you wish to pick it up. These rules are subject to change with notice from the station. Some restrictions apply. Winners will be notified by telephone.

Can you mail my prize to me?
Unfortunately, Lite 98.5 is not responsible for mailing prizes. If you wish to have your prize mailed, you can send a self-addressed stamped envelope (provided it is accompanied by a Lite 98.5 waiver) which must be completely filled out and a photocopy of your ID, or arrange for a courier (at your own cost) with our receptionist. Once the prize is mailed from our office we are no longer liable for its delivery to the winner.

• If an event (concert, movie screening, etc.) is canceled, Lite 98.5 is not responsible for substituting a prize or refunding any costs incurred by the prize winner. For Movie Premiers – All seating for Lite 98.5 movie premieres is on a first come first serve basis. Please arrive early to ensure your admission.
