Well, the rabbis of several synagogues say their Hanukkah celebrations will continue as planned in the wake of a deadly mass shooting in Australia. At least 15 people were killed, 38 injured at a Hanukkah event just outside of Sydney when two gunmen opened fire. Authorities reveal a father and son were behind the attacks. A man in his 30s has died after fire broke out in a tent in the Rosemont-Aptitpatri borough of Montreal yesterday. Police received a 911 call just before 8 in the morning about a tent fire. First responders pronounced the victim dead at the scene. Police say they want to review security camera footage and an autopsy will be performed. Montreal's emergency shelters, meanwhile, have been busy since Mayor Soraya Martinez-Farada promised 500 new spots by Christmas. Now, according to reports, the downtown YMCA opened its emergency shelter December 4th. While it's equipped for 100 spaces, more than 450 people used it in just five days. The 211 line was also flooded with Montrealers asking how they can donate tents and sleeping bags. Work is still being done to open all 500 new spaces. Officials in Rhode Island say a person of interest detained after a mass shooting at Brown University Saturday. was released. This means whoever is behind the shooting that killed two people and injured nine others is still at large. Montreal Canadiens coach Martin St. Louis had his son's studies at Brown and was on campus during the shooting but luckily was not hurt. And four-time Stanley Cup champion with the Montreal Canadiens in the 1960s has passed away. Robert Bobby Russo spent the first 10 of his 15 NHL seasons with his hometown team. He was 85.
