Montreal police investigating the city's 7th homicide of the year after a woman was found shot dead in a Ville Marie Kondo yesterday. Police discovered the victim after a wellness check. A man who reportedly called police was detained for questioning. The major crimes unit remains on scene. A 56-year-old martial arts instructor facing attempted murder charges after a violent hammer attack on his daughter in Saint-Anne de Bellevue. Early Tuesday, the victim, an off-duty police officer, was apparently struck in the head before escaping to a neighbor for help. And Big Sea is launching a major expansion in Longuay. They'll be adding 22 new stations and over 200 bikes to the South Shore this spring.
