Canada's doctors say they're worried about patients turning to AI for medical advice and sometimes getting dangerously wrong answers. A new CMA survey shows most Canadians search symptoms online and many are now using AI tools for treatment tips. Those who follow that advice are far more likely to report bad outcomes. Doctors warn AI can sound confident, but it doesn't know your medical history and often spreads misinformation. Vaudre-Soulange leaders are urging Quebec to exempt workers caught in the province's cancelled PEC program. With a new hospital set to bring 3,500 jobs, they say losing skilled immigrants now would be devastating. Both CAC leadership candidates are floating exceptions, and the province is reviewing possible transitional measures. Montreal's new administration is launching a major shake-up at City Hall.
