According to Longueay Police, a 911 call came in at about 7.30 last night for reports a man was lying on the ground. A crime scene was set up. According to reports, analysts in Quebec say some gas stations appear to be cutting their profit margins to stay competitive. According to Quebec's Energy Board, the average price for a liter of gas in Montreal yesterday was about $1.75. while some other regions were noticeably lower to about $1.62. Canada, meanwhile, said it will do its part to lower the cost of oil globally. It also prohibits banks from charging more than one NSF fee and two business days for the same account. And if there's a shortfall of under $10, they are not allowed to charge the fee. The new cap is expected to save Canadians more than $600 million a year.
