RCMP apparently looking into reports, 10s of millions of driver's licenses belonging to people in Canada and the United States is being sold on the dark web. The FBI started investigating earlier this month after a journalist reported he made the discovery on the dark web. The prospect of a referendum on Quebec's sovereignty was a hot topic last night, as the leaders of the main political party squared off for a second TV debate before the October election.
